Zucchini Bread

1 cup grated zucchini squash
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup cooking oil (I think that might be vegetable oil)
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel (I think this could be optional)

Key Lime Pie

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of lime juice
3 large egg yolks
 
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons sugar
 
Combine milk and lime juice in medium size bowl.  Blend in yolks turn into crust.  Heat oven to 325 degrees.
