Pork Chop Continental
Brown in a skillet pork steaks

1 cup grated zucchini squash

1 egg
1/2 cup cooking oil (I think that might be vegetable oil)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of lime juice
3 large egg yolks
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons sugar
